My Bio

We are Foal and SheChild and yes, we're two people sharing a DA. As the cosmos would have it we were born twins, and came out as 2-pack York Mints. We're always together and intend to stay stuck that way. 99% similar, 1% difference in the things we like and the things we hate. All our art is done together as a team. Our idea of a perfect meal: art for the main, music as a side dish, and movies for dessert. Fun stuff aside, we are still students in college. And are a lot silent and strange irl, hence: Don't mind the two freaks in the corner.

Anyways, we've been doing art since the age of toddlers, like probably most artists, with paper and crayon. It`s always been sorta of a hobby thing for us but we think now its time to get serious (well, not too serious. It's just art after all, lighten up!). But, like all apprentices, we continue striving to reach the mighty status of Wizard!

Moved to GirlNature

Hi guys, Wanted to let you know that we have moved to a new account: GirlNature. It's not that we've changed as people we're just changing what we make art for. Art used to be an escape for us from reality but you can't keep running away form your fears and problems forever. The most powerful things are real, good or bad, and we should embrace them. New Project

As we mentioned before, we are starting a new project! Before this, we were working on our art and focusing on turning our ideas into completed pieces - which is good, but we were losing momentum and wanted more purpose. Looking at our gallery, there is much variety, probably due to our many interests. We always had a struggle of figuring out what our style was. SO, this leads us to the new project. We want to create a unique style and look for the 'Foal & SheChild' name. Showcasing ideas and interests of ours in a unifying style. So that someone could see a piece and recognize it as Foal & SheChild. It's kind of like building a brand

Back to Roots

     There are endless possibilities with art. So many ways you can go, so many things you can do. It's easy to get lost in it all. It's easy to just go "Hey, you know what would be cool?" about some idea and just go with it. Sometimes it's a good time to look back at your roots.
